By downloading or using the 1000+ Tools — Smart Utility Toolkit app, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Jitendra Patra.
1. Accuracy of Tools and Conversions
Jitendra Patra is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. However, the conversion formulas, calculation metrics (e.g. mortgage compound interest, yarn density variables, speed translations) and developer logs are provided for general information and immediate processing purposes.
While we test each calculator extensively, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the output values. You should verify important mathematical or financial calculations independently.
2. Advertising and User Responsibility
The app processes third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. By using this service, you acknowledge that cookies and advertising identifiers (AAID) may be accessed by AdMob to serve relevant ads.
You must not use automated scraping scripts, emulators, or click-farms to generate fraudulent ad impressions inside the application. Doing so will result in an immediate block of your device identifier.
3. Offline Capabilities & Charges
Most utilities in 1000+ Tools operate offline. However, to receive update notifications, dynamic configuration maps, or to render ad formats, the app requires an active internet connection.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. You accept responsibility for any such charges.
4. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the application, its services, or specific tools at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to adjust remote configuration keys (like frequency of ads, update check thresholds) from our GitHub CDN database.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Jitendra Patra, on his own behalf, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
